SCAL’s 46th Annual General Meeting

SCAL’s 2023 AGM was held at Construction House on 28 June 2024.

The AGM report includes a detailed assessment from SCAL President Mr Lee Kay Chai of the various ways by which contractors can best position themselves for success as construction in Singapore evolves.
